Yes, I’m afraid so. This is where I keep my so-called articles—opinion pieces on things that aren’t OU related, well they may OU related, but not to any specific course. I suspect that OU gripes and stuff about the web will feature strongly.
Those of you who have visited before will realize exactly what type of tosh to expect, new visitors will quickly learn.
so, how do i find these thoughts?
Well at present you will find links to what is new on this page and the home page, but I’ve got some ideas for organizing these pages [as opposed to my course thoughts] in a more traditional blog-like fashion. But as usual I’ve not done all the work yet.
However, if you visit the index page for 2009 [an XML page generated by a PHP script] you may get an idea where I’m headed.
where has all the old stuff gone?
Part of the impetus behind the re-design was that the site was beginning to lack focus—there was a lot that didn’t belong. Some of it I may re-write for either this site or the code-relating site that I’m also working on at the moment. [Which may launch sometime this century]. But much has been consigned to the great Google cache in the cloud.
Sad, perhaps, but entropy gets us all in the end. And my thoughts?!
